Organizations

Solutions that meet your system's unique needs.

But I don't just offer a solution.
I also teach you why it works, so you see the big picture behind the purpose, process, and product.

As an I/O psychologist, I customize personnel solutions that synthesize your organization's core with its vision.

I address things like turnover, burnout, and performance, and employee well-being with scientifically-backed solutions such as...

  • New training processes

  • Strategic leadership frameworks

  • Selection and promotion assessments

  • Communications coaching and workshops

  • Performance management design

  • Culture diagnostics

Evidence-based clarity

I also offer market research and user experience research (UXR) to help organizations see deep into the who, how, and why of the relationship between their product and their customers/users. I use quantitative, qualitative, and experiential methods to illuminate the customer and user journey, allowing organizations to:

  • Retain customers/users and tap potential markets by identifying target demographics, pain points, purchasing habits, and shifting preferences.

  • Validate product viability before launch to ensure there is demand.

  • Refine marketing strategies to utilize the most effective channels, messaging, and timing for promotional campaigns.

The Process

Discovery

Development

Delivery

ask questions and gather data to ensure fundamental alignment on the problem, your position, and the goal.

analyze and strategize with consistent communication for continued alignment toward lasting solutions.

provide the product, explain the science, and teach you how to use it.

What collaborating actually looks like

We have a conversation (free)
Diagnostic assessment

A 30 minute discovery call to understand your organization's context, challenges, and what you're hoping to accomplish. I ask a lot of questions. This is where I start to see how the pieces connect.

I dig into the specifics through stakeholder interviews, surveys, document review, or whatever method fits. This is the research phase: understanding what's actually happening underneath the surface before recommending anything.

Findings and strategy

I translate what I've learned into a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. You get actionable recommendations grounded in data, not guesswork. This might be a report, a workshop, a framework, or a combination.

Implementation support

If you want help putting the recommendations into action, I can stay on for ongoing support. That might look like a monthly retainer, training facilitation, or periodic check-ins to make sure changes are sticking.
