A relaxed 15 to 20 minute chat to understand where you are and what you're looking for.

A 2-hour intake session where we explore your goals, your context, and what success looks and feels like to you. This is where we start building your framework.

We build

Regular sessions (weekly, biweekly, whatever fits) where we track progress, make sense of experiences, explore new paths, and adjust the plan as you grow. I take careful notes so nothing gets lost.

You carry it forward

The goal is a framework so solid and flexible that you internalize it. Even when we're not in session, you feel supported and grounded in something that moves with you.

Is everything confidential?

Completely. Whether others know we work together is your call. You can share whatever you want from our sessions, but I never share information about our work.

How long does coaching typically last?

It really depends on your goals. I had one client who only needed two sessions to get organized and moving. Others work with me for months through bigger transitions. Some projects have a built-in timeline (like studying for an exam), others are open-ended. We can adjust the cadence and frequency as things progress.

What does the free consult look like?

It’s just a conversation! About 15 to 20 minutes where we talk about where you are, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. No sales pitch, no pressure. If it’s not the right match, I’ll tell you honestly.

Is this the same as therapy?

Nope, and I’m not a therapist. I do use some similar communication techniques and I always meet you where you’re at. But the focus is different. Therapy digs into old patterns and healing. Coaching is about the tactical side: breaking down exactly what success looks like, building routines, identifying behaviors, and putting healthy ideas into practice. They pair really well together.

What about cost if I'm going through a hard time financially?

I offer a sliding scale for financial hardship. I don’t want money to be the thing that stops you from getting support. Let’s talk about it during the consult and find something that works.

What if I don't know what I want to work on?

That’s completely okay, and honestly more common than you’d think. My specialty is exploring deeply to build a coherent framework. Even if you can’t name what you want yet, the process of working together will help your goals become clearer. You don’t need to have it figured out before you start.
